BEECH CREEK – Shannon Lee Arnold, 48, of Beech Creek, died Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Continue Care Hospital at Baptist Health Madisonville. Born August 11, 1973, in Chicago, Ill. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Dan Jeffries Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Jared Arnold; son Cameron Arnold; daughter Madison Richey; one grandchild; mother Dottie Bryan; brothers Dan Jeffries Jr., Ricky Jeffries, and Jake Jeffries; sister Brandy Rose.
Funeral services will be Sunday, November 28, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Chad Johnson officiating. Burial followed in Peanut Cemetery.
