Donna Johnston, age 75, of Columbia South S.C. passed away on Friday, January 13th, 2023. Born in Martin, Tenn. to the late Burl Dalton Wade and Mattie Lou Wade. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. Mrs. Johnston was a mother to everyone around her. Donna was a good God-fearing woman who loved life and lived to the fullest. She loved to cook, dance, and spoil the people around her.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur Howard Johnston.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Joines Chapel Cemetery in Greenville conducted by Rev. Jeremy Wagnor with Rev. Tom Stovall assisting. Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Brandi Blue; two grandsons, Garrett Blue and Brett Blue; one sister, Joyce Wade of Toone, Tenn.and One brother, Charles Wade of Tenn..
