GREENVILLE – Barry Wayne “Monk” Pendley, Sr., 66, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at his home. Born August 4, 1955, in Muhlenberg County. He loved his family and was proud of his grandkids. He enjoyed fishing and Kentucky basketball.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Vickie Wells Pendley; son, Barry Pendley, Jr.; daughters, Tiffany Harper and Ashley (Seth) Benson; grandchildren, Keaton, Parker, Jake, Henna, Ava, Keeley, Owen, and Maggie; brother, Kenneth Pendley; and many beloved family members and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Tony Shanks officiating. Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
