POWDERLY – Jonathan Dale Ewing, 31, of Powderly, died Sunday, August 1, 2021, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Born September 19, 1989, in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Greenville. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patty Ewings; brothers Jeremy Simmons and Joseph Simmons; and grandmothers Irene Smith and Patsy Davis.
Survivors include his father, Curtis Shelton; grandfather Aloyisus Smith; three aunts; two uncles; one niece and one nephew.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
