CENTRAL CITY – It is with deep sadness that the family of Tavish Blaine Crutcher announces his passing on Monday, April 29, 2024, in Muhlenberg County. Born June 22, 1988, in Owensboro. He was a logger by trade and enjoyed exercise, going to the gym, working in the garden with his wife, and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gordon Crutcher; and uncle, Bobby Geary.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Heather Wilkins Crutcher; step-sons, Kordlyn Phillips and Clayton Bradshaw; step-daughter, Tesla Hearld; step-grandsons, Rylan and Waylon; mother and father, Nancy and Jeff Crutcher; sister, Brittany Crutcher; niece, Charlee; two nephews, Malachi and Canyon; maternal grandparents, Edward and Brenda Geary; paternal grandmother, Annie Crutcher; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patty and Tim Bowling; grandmother-in-law, Marlene Wilkins; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
