GREENVILLE—–David Wayne Brannon, 71, of Greenville died on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Madisonville Baptist Hospital. Born on December 3, 1952 in Harrisburg, Ill., he graduated from Greenville High School in 1970 and was a retired boilermaker, employed at the TVA Paradise Power Plant. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Betty Brannon.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Brannon of Greenville; daughter Katina Shanklin of Elkton; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother Jimmy Brannon of Central City; several nieces and nephews.
