Jonathon Aaron Cardwell, beloved son of Howard and Sue Cardwell, passed unexpectedly from this earth at Baptist Hospital in Paducah on May 02, 2024.
Born September 01, 1979, at Madisonville, Ky., at Regional Medical Center. Jon was employed at Rail Services, Inc., in Calvert City. He graduated with the Class of 1998, Muhlenberg County North High School. Jon loved fishing for flathead catfish with nets. Jon also was an excellent marksman and loved hunting deer…an art he has passed on to his son Jackson. Jon was also an avid fur taker from the time he was 12 years old. Jon loved history, animals, and people. He was kind to everyone he knew.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Reverend and Mrs. James Cardwell and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Poole.
Survivors. include his parents; his son, Jackson Cardwell; two stepdaughters, Sierra Kosik and Alexandra Kosik; mother Connie McClellan Cardwell; sisters Charolette Cardwell Martin of Morgantown, Ky. and Jacqueline Leigh Cardwell of Belton; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
