CENTRAL CITY – Rose Ann Shively, 59, of Central City died Monday, March 11, 2024 at 1:26 p.m. in Central City. Born December 16, 1964 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and enjoyed songwriting. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Quisenberry; and brothers, Stevie Quisenberry and Jerry “Ed” Quisenberry.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Manes of Akron, OH; two children, Mandy Dawes of Russellville and Mitchell Shively of Russellville; three step-children, David Recklaw of Akron, OH, Rachel Manes of Akron, OH, and Danielle Manes of Akron, OH; three grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; mother, Doris Ann Quisenberry of Lewisburg; and three sisters, Glorie Piper of Beech Creek, Holly Quisenberry of Greenville, and Jennifer Cain of Lewisburg; and several nieces and nephews.
