Nancy Ruth Burden

BREMEN – Nancy Ruth Burden, 81, of Bremen, entered her heavenly home on Sunday, November 14, 2021.  Born December 22, 1939, in Muhlenberg County to Andrew “Andy” and Cloise Higgins Stogner of Cherry Hill.  Nancy Ruth was more than a homemaker.  She embellished in her family, which she loved unconditionally.  She was a strong lady in every essence.  She always trusted God’s plan.  Nancy had a green thumb, took pride in her flower beds and her plants.  She was well known for her delicious southern cooking.  She hand sewed many quilts throughout her life.  She sewed each child and grandchild their own special quilt with love in every stitch.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Willard “Billy” Burden; and her son Greg Burden.
