MADISONVILLE, Ky. (April 20, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to make several cross drain repairs on KY 973, beginning on Monday, April 24. The repairs are expected to take two to three weeks, weather permitting.
Due to the length of a detour, it was decided to address one cross drain at a time. The work stretches from mile point 0.0 to mile point 4.0. Twelve cross drains will be replaced within the 4 mile span. Local access will be maintained.
