BREMEN – Lenora “Kay” Vincent Barnes, 75, of Bremen, died Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 11:29 p.m. at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Born September 17, 1948, in Muhlenberg County, she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Elwood and Lora Mae Vincent; sisters Nell Sivolella, Carolyn Sue Adcock, and Pamela Sue Vincent; and brother Billy Ray Vincent.
Survivors include her best friend and companion Tim Meredith; children Lesa (Mike) Vick, Brian Saylor, Chris (Penny) Saylor, and Johnny (Wendy) Howard; grandchildren Dwayne (Ashley) Vick, Lance Vick, Clay Saylor, Jordan Saylor, Samantha Roberts, Holden Buchanan, and Tiffany Howard; great-grandchildren Emmie, Xymira, Landon, Mercy, Fallon, and Brody; sisters Lora Lee (Ricky) Groves, Angela Gail Vincent, and Linda Faye (Ricky) Deason; and brother Jesse D. (Lynn) Vincent.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Danny Greene officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
