SACRAMENTO – Sue Carolyn Holland, 83, of Sacramento, died Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 2:32 p.m. at her residence. Born July 14, 1940 in Millport. She was a Homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved farming and raising cattle. She loved to sew and take care of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita “Mayo” Ellis, and Clayton “Dado” Ellis; and long-time friend, Roy Owens.
Survivors include her children, Bruce (Clara) Holland of Millport, Lisa (David) Koutz of Pleasant View, Tenn., and Brenda Harris of Millport; grandchildren, Daniel (Erin) Holland, Anthony Harris, Kelly (Josh) Hammack, Courtney (Jake) Stewart, Andrew (Alejandra) Thompson, and Zachary (Elizabeth) Thompson; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Bro. John Culbertson officiating. Burial will follow in Brier Creek Cemetery.
