GREENVILLE – Ronald Lee Doss, 83, of Greenville, died Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 8:02 a.m. at his residence in Greenville. Born March 29, 1940 in Hammond, IN. He was a Minister at Pond River Baptist Church where he spent his time working for the Lord. He also worked as a long-distance Truck Driver. He was U.S. Navy Veteran and a Master Mason in good standing with Suart Lodge #224 in Lebanon, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Pauline Doss.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Dea Doss; son, John Michael Doss; daughters, Karla (John) Ann Jackson, and Nikki Renee (Bill) Yarbrough; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday February 24, 2024 at 1p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Curtis McGehee officiating and Bro. Jimmy Watkins assisting. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com
