GREENVILLE – Rita Faye Yarbrough, 68, of Greenville, died Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 4:38 a.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born April 16, 1954, in Muhlenberg County, she was a cosmetologist and hairdresser. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.P. and Pauline Sweeney, and brother, Glendal Sweeney.
Survivors include her sons, Scott Tabb of Trenton, and Adam Law of Owensboro; four grandchildren; brother, Kerry Sweeney of Clifty; sisters, Brenda Rolley of Clifty; Terrssa Mayes of Greenville, Donna Mefford of Belton and Shirley Sweeney of Glasgow; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday August 5, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Jerry Sweeney officiating. Burial will follow in Joines Chapel Cemetery.
