Oliver Lee Pritchett ,63, of Greenville, died Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville. Born February 21, 1958. Lee was a member of the Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Greenville, a truck driver and electrician. A spiritual brother, Bishop Staccato Powell of Wake Forest, N.C., has been on the battlefield with Lee during his entire health challenge. He called Lee his little brother, prayed fervently with Lee while taking his calls no matter what and was determined to be here except for a previous engagement that was unchangeable. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jethro (Jack) Pritchett and Eunice Ann Pritchett and sister, Jean Elaine Dukes.
Survivors include one daughter, Fallon Shelton of Nashville; step-daughters, Biffany Womack of Louisville and LaKeisha Williams of Tullahoma, Tenn.; grandchildren, Xavier Lee Pritchett of Louisville and Kelondria LeeAnn Dillard of Lebanon,Tenn.; brothers, Alan Brent (Michelle) Pritchett of Greenville,Adrian Pritchett of Upper Marlboro, Md. and Ray Carroll ( Doris) Scott of Greenville; sisters, Sally Ann Bard of Greenville, Beverly Kay Shelton of Gracey, Ky., Myrtle Irene (Lourenzo) Drake of Greenville, Tina White and Regina Tutt, both of Louisville, KY; a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, cousin/sister Karen (Jeff) Drake of Greenville and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 8, 2022 , at 1:00 p.m. at the Birch Street Power House Church of God In Christ in Greenville with Rev. BaTavi Combs, Presiding Elder, Officiating and Elder Charles Ray Bard, Eulogist. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow in West End Cemetery in Greenville. Bibbs Funeral Home in Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
