CENTRAL CITY- Mark Edward Mayhugh, 56, of Central City died Satuday, December 18, 2021 at his residence. Born September 28, 1965. He was an independent truck driver and a member of New Testament Christian Church. His passions included his trucking business and volunteering at Nelson Creek Fire Department. He had a strong faith and commitment to his church. He loved to camp and was very devoted to his dogs Roxie and Rowdy. Mr. Mayhugh was very devoted to his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Mayhugh; sister in law, Sherry Mayhugh; grandparents, Clay and Pauline Sharp, Callie and Myrtle Mayhugh.
Survivors include his wife, Angie Mayhugh; mother, Ann Mayhugh of Central City; son, Dustin Woosley of Caneyville; brother, Dave Mayhugh of Central City; sister, Linda (Donald) Pogue of Central City; nephews, Chris (Felicia) Mayhugh, Steven (Jasmine) Mayhugh.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Matt Adams officiating and Bro. Jared Baker assisting. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
