LIVERMORE- Judy Bell Whitmer, 67, of Livermore died Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born January 24, 1954 in McLean County, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dylan Deyoung; parents, J.W. and Laura Johnson; brother, Richard Johnson; sister, Guenitta Jenkins.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Whitmer; son, Michael David Whitmer of Arcadia Kansas; daughters, Lori Diane Whitmer of Greenville and Carla Michele Deyoung of Livermore; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and brother, Jesse Johnson of Livermore.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Bro. Tab Cook officiating. Burial will be private.
