GREENVILLE – Kelly Hayden Williams, 70, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Baptist Health Deaconess ICU in Madisonville. He was the owner/operator of Flag Drilling Co., Inc. which was a family-owned business for 60 years. He was a member of Destiny Worship Center in Destin, Fla. where he and his wife, Kaye lived for 34 years. While in Ky., he attended New Cypress Baptist Church.
He was a born-again, spirit-filled Christian which he loved sharing. He loved lunches with his son Nathan and trips to Oklahoma to visit Jonathan, Letitia, and the four grandchildren. One of his fondest memories was the mission trip to Arizona and New Mexico.
Survivors include his wife Kaye of 47 years; sons, Jonathan (Letitia) from Muskogee, Okla., and Nathan from Hopkinsville; four grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah, Harrison, and Eliana; sister-in-law, Judy Liles; brother Kerby; sisters, Peggy, and Tammy; his nephews; plus, his side-kick/work-buddy, Randy Duke; and a special mention to R.N. at Baptist Deaconess, Katlyn (she’ll know why).
Memorial services will be Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at New Cypress Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Drury officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the church. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
