Karolette Kay ”Precious” Elliott, 73, of Greenville, died Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at her residence. Born June 1, 1948 in Central City, the daughter of Elgar H. Stovall and Ruth Walker Stovall. She was a Residential Advisor at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center for 24 years, and she was a member of Daystar Worship Center in Bremen. She loved going to church, all her church family, and her little dog Harley.
She was preceeded in death by her parents; son, Donald Henry Winstead, Jr.; granddaughter, Amelia Coffman; brothers Boyce, Bual, Shelly Ray, Gathel, W.E., Jearl, and Lewis Stovall; sisters, Mary E. Lewis and Mae Nell Stewart.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Richard Elliott of Greenville; sons, Nicky (Wendy) Coffman, Jarod (Allison) Elliott and Marty (Joy)
Elliott; sister, Ellen Uldine Stewart; long-time friend, Terry McDonald; and her little dog, Harley Elliott; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Daystar Worship Center in Bremen conducted by Bro. Donald Neal. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery in Bremen. Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Daystar Worship Center in Bremen on Sunday, March 13 after 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral.
