Joyce Ann Kiper, 81, of Highland, Ind. passed away peacefully on December 20, 2022. She was preceeded in death by her parents Uriah and Goldie Newton and sister Barbara (Robert) Riggs.
Survivors include husband of 64 years Jimmie Kiper; daughters, Donna (the late Doran) Beaman and Connie (Dave) McBride; grandchildren, Nicholas Fowler, Garrett Fowler and David McBride; great-grandchildren, Ashleigh McBride; devoted daughter to the late Uriah and Goldie Newton; siblings, Betty (the late Ray) Stone, Leroy (the late Dorothy) Newton, Shirley Beliles, Gerald (the late Patricia) Newton; aunt to many.
