BEECHMONT – John David Reid, 72, of Beechmont, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Born January 15, 1949, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired heavy equipment mover for Taft Construction. He was preceded in death by his father, A.D. Reid; mother Gladys Cowe and brother Robert Reid.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Terry Reid; daughter Ruby Porter; sons Adam (Amanda) Reid and John Reid; grandchildren Joseph Porter, Ryan Porter, Kennedy Reid, and Chaplin Reid; great-grandchild Aurora Porter; brother Tony Reid and sister Diane Reid.
