BENTON – Jane Thomas McGrew, 84, of Benton, died Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:15 p.m. at Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. Born January 28, 1940 in Muhlenberg County, she was of the Baptist Faith, attended Twin Lakes Church, and worked as a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents Columbus, and Annie Mae Gossett; brothers Rod Gossett, and Percy Gossett; and son Jim Dave Laycock.
Survivors include her son Dennis “Baby” (Judy) Laycock; daughter Lisa Laycock Burch; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters Ann Mefford and Jimmie Dee Wilcox; and brother Danny Boy Gossett.
Funeral services will be Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Camron Laycock officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
