JEFFERSONVILLE, IN – Carolyn Ann Dukes, 49, of Jeffersonville, Ind., died Monday, April 12, 2021, at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born September 15, 1971, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Dukes and brothers Jeffery Dukes, Michael Dukes, and Donnie Dukes.
Survivors include her daughters, Megan (Eric) Newman, Nikki Lovell, and Morgan (Jacob) Millar; son Dustin (Felicia) Willoughby; grandchildren, Tasha Willoughby, Joseph Willoughby, Alistyr Newman, and Aryzona Newman; companion Frank Woolery; mother Brenda Moore; step-mother Janice Dukes; brother Dale Dukes II; and sisters Amanda (Dillon) Cihak, Patricia Dukes, and Candace Moore.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. David James Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in Landmark Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday after 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to wear a face covering, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.
