CENTRAL CITY – Wallace Ray Martin, 83, of Central City, died Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Born September 8, 1939, he attended Living Word and New Emmanuel Church. He retired from working for the Housing Authority, and was an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Martin; parents, Henry and Tommie Martin; daughter, Glenda Martin; and 22 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his sons, Wallace Martin, Jr. of Central City, Randall Gene Martin of Central City; daughters, Pamela Gray, Belinda Kay Martin of Las Vegas, and Latoya Phelps of Madisonville; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home with Bishop Jennifer Carney, Pastor Enoch Rich, and Rev. Otis Cunningham officiating.
