MABLETON, GA – Margie Mae Renfrow, 95, of Mableton, Ga., died Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Ga.. Born January 27, 1926, in Muhlenberg County. She was a factory worker for Ball Plastics. She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Nathan Renfrow; daughters, Donna Renfrow Klingelhoefer and Barbara Renfrow Scott; parents, Henry and Cora Davis Agee; beloved step-mother, Erdine Agee; brothers, Shelly Fleming, Al Agee, and Bob Agee; sisters, Ruth Collier, Margaret Shutt, Henretta Smith, and Flora Lee Agee.
Survivors include her daughter, Gwen Renfrow Pate-Anderson of Ga.; grandsons, David Scott of Evansville, Ind., Justin Pate and Nathan Anderson, both of Ga.; great-grandchildren Riley Trosclair of Daphne, Ala. and Liam Pate of Ga.; sisters, Madeline Moore of Henderson, Sue Stone of Victoria, Va., Betty (Bob) Moore of Lewisburg, Kay (Jerry) Smith of Evansville, Ind., Helen Vaughn of Lewisburg, Sharon (Jerry) Wilson of Beechmont, and Teresa (Vernon) Perry of Greenville.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Tony Shanks officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
