BREMEN – Kristy Renee Simms Baize, 45, of Bremen, died Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Born December 29, 1976, in Muhlenberg County, she was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Butch and Charlene Simms; maternal grandparents, Charles and Susie Clark; and paternal grandparents, Billy and Delema Simms.
Survivors include her husband, Grant “Toby” Baize; children, Benjamin (Mikka) Baize, Charles (Madison) Baize, and Susie Baize; godson, Clay Wayne Garrett; brother, Troy Simms; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. E.W. Greenwalt officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
