Josie Mae Boatwright, 77 of Dunmor passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Sky Line Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was born Tuesday, April 2, 1946, the daughter of the late James Smith and the late Addie Arnold Smith. She was the wife of the late Darrell Boatwright. She was a housewife and a member of Beech Creek Pentecostal Mission Church. She was preceded in death by son Steve Boatwright; sister Clara Dunn, sister Naomi Saddler and brother Charles Smith.
Survivors include her son Danny Boatwright of Dunmor; three grandsons; one great-grandson; one great-granddaughter; four sisters Wanda Boatwright of Dunmor, Dorothy Gates of Browder, Goldie Millay of Dunmor, and Sharon Berry of Greenville.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Hughes Cemetery in Dunmor with Willard Slaughter officiating.
