ELKTON- James Phillip Fields Jr., 62, of Elkton died Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Health in Hopkinsville. Born July 9, 1959 in Saginaw, Mich., he was a Boilermaker for TVA and of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Fields, Sr., and Polly Ruth Fields.
Survivors include his children, Jamie Elizabeth Payne, Matthew Franklin Fields, Colton Lee Mayhugh Fields; sisters, Pamela Fields, Peggy Glenn, Paula Fields; grandchildren, Kadin, Easton, Elaina, Carson, Cayson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Paul Uzzle officiating. Burial will follow in Nelson Creek Cemetery.
