DRAKESBORO – Gwenetta Kay Wilson, 66, of Drakesboro, died Sunday May 7, 2023 at 11:48 p.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born June 8, 1956 in Muhlenberg County, she was a Registered Nurse for OHMCH and Ohio County Hospital, and was a member of Richardson Chapel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Wilson; and mother, Patsy Burns.
Survivors include her daughters, Bridgett (Chad) Chesnel, and Tisha (Daniel) Skipworth; four grandchildren, Zoey Skipworth, Elliot Skipworth, Connor Chesnel, and Ethan Chesnel; sisters, Teresa Dukes, and Renee Littlefield; brothers, Wade Griggs, Michael Griggs, and Jimmy Griggs; and father, Beverly Griggs.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Joe Chambers officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
