The midterm general election is on Nov. 8 and now is the time to make a plan to vote. Early voting will be on Nov. 3, 4 and 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, at the Merle Travis Center, 750 Cleaton Road in Powderly. Early voting is open to all registered voters….
