Drue Gentry-Prentice, 83, of Henderson, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023, at 6:52 p.m. at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Ind. Drue was outgoing and fun loving. She was the second mom to all her children’s friends. She loved her flowers and gardening in the springtime. She was preceded in death by her parents D.D. and Rachel Malone, husbands E.J. Gentry and Larry Prentice.
Survivors include her daughters, Leesa Russell and husband Steve of Poole, Ky. and Terrea DeLong and husband Kenneth of Henderson; son, Robert Chaney of Henderson; grandchildren, Derek Belt and wife Kensi and Dylan Sullivan and partner Caitlyn; great-grandchildren Brody Belt and Cooper Belt.
