Charles Edward Milligan

CENTRAL CITY – Charles Edward Milligan, 90, of Central City, died Monday, November 7, 2022, at 10:04 a.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Born November 11, 1931, in Muhlenberg County, he honorably served the United States Army for 32 years.  He was also a Deputy Sheriff for Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Della Milligan; daughter, Lora Milligan; and wife Anna Louise Milligan.

Survivors include his sons, Zachary Milligan, Steven Milligan, and Charles Milligan; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, E.C. Milligan and Jimmy Milligan; and several nieces and nephews.

Jerry Summers Hahn

Funeral services will be Friday, November 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Todd King officiating.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday after 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
