BEAVER DAM -Wilma Dean Eaves Piper, 72, also known as “Wife, Mom, Mamaw, Great-Great”, passed to her eternal home peacefully on Wednesday, Feb.15, 2023 from the horrid disease of Alzheimer’s. Born August 2,1950 to the late Neva Gray and Noble Ray Eaves, she was married to the love of her life, Vernis Wayne Piper (who preceded her in death on September 17, 2015) in February 1964. She loved the Lord, her family, she loved to shop and cook and play with her great-grandbabies. She was preceded in death by infant daughter, Teresa Gail Piper; infant son, Douglas Wayne Piper; one grandson, Elbert Eaves; three great-grandchildren; and her beloved cat, Katie May.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (William) Geary; sons, Kenneth (Michelle) Piper, Jeffery (Amy) Piper, and Jason (Kimberly) Piper; grandchildren, Heather, Jeremy, Adam, Joshua, Ashley, Victoria, Kelsi, Taylor, Tyler, and Dalton; 18 great-grandchildren; sisters, Regina Wilcox, and Louise (Shelby) Wilson; brothers, Richard Eaves, and Larry (Kim) Eaves.
Please join us in celebration of her life on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. William T. Geary officiating.
