SACRAMENTO – Wilma Christine Miller, 79, of Sacramento, died Monday, May 27, 2024 at 1:50 a.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born November 20, 1944 in Turner Station, Tenn.. She was a teacher for the Muhlenberg County School System and a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Sacramento. Crossword puzzles, shoes, peach Nehi sodas, and Amish romance novels all put a smile on her face. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Miller; parents, Wordney and Vera Davis; and brothers, WC Davis, Dave Davis, Aubrey Davis, and Earl Davis.
Survivors. include her sons, Tony Miller of Poplar Grove, Allan “John” (Terri) Miller of Sacramento, and Aubrey “Doug” (Marquita) Miller of Bowling Green; grandchildren, Matthew (Megan) Miller, Jacob (Sharon) Miller, Kassandra (Isaac) Smith, Tiffani (Trasen) Gilland, Ava (Aaron) Quicksall, and Allie Miller; great-grandchildren, Ben, Sam, Addi, Niles, Noah, Cooper, and Journey; brother, Pete Davis (Agnes Kelley); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Sacramento with Bro. Kevin Brantley officiating. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento and Thursday from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. at the church.
