GRAHAM – Willard Jonah Watson, 68, of Graham, died Wednesday March 8, 2023 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital at 9:10 p.m. in Louisville. Born July 15, 1954 in Pulaski County, Ky. He was a Correctional Officer for the Green River Correctional Facility and was also a U.S. Army veteran. He had fun with his hunting buddies, hunting rabbits, and running dogs. He loved the Lord and serving his church, Calvary Baptist. He enjoyed spending time with his grandbabies and great-grandbabies. He was preceded in death by his father, Willis Watson; eight grandchildren; brother, Carlos Watson; sister, Rose Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Rolley Watson; children, Tammy (Kevin) McGehee, Marquetta (Jeff) Aliberti, Chad (Alisha) Watson; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Moore, Vivian Embrey; brother, Randall Watson, mother, Christine Waters Watson; and sister-in-law, Janet Watson.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Scott Casebier officiating assisted by Dylan Adcock and Curtis McGehee.
