MADISONVILLE – Timothy Carroll Pentecost, 57, of Madisonville, died Sunday, May 2, 2021, at Baptist Health in Madisonville. Born July 13, 1963, in Hopkins County. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Pentecost; and mother Lou Pentecost Whitman.
Survivors include his brothers, Donnie Pentecost and Richie Pentecost.
