POWDERLY – Terrance Lee Blackburn, 64, of Powderly, died Monday, December 9, 2024 at 7:56 p.m. under the care of Hospice of Western KY. Born in Chicago, Ill. July 28, 1960. He worked as a Pizza Cook for Minit Mart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Genieve Blackburn; brothers, Robert Blackburn; and Bobby “Banjo” Blackburn.
Survivors include his children, Lee Blackburn, Micah Blackburn, Jennifer Blackburn, and Lilly Mae Blackburn; six grandchildren; brothers, Donnie Blackburn, and Randy Blackburn; and sisters, Margaret Banks, and Rhonda Allen.
