GREENVILLE – Teresa Kay Lee, 60, of Greenville, died Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Born May 18, 1961, in Muhlenberg County. She was owner of Galaxy Sports in Madisonville and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Greenville. She was very active in The Great Banquet, and was a very outgoing person. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvis and Mary Ford.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Lee; daughter Melissa Shemwell; son Michael Lee; grandchildren Spencer Shemwell, Tanner Shemwell, Maddie Lee, and Taylor Shemwell; sister Mary (Mike) Beadnell; and brothers Phillip (Bonnie) Ford and Tony (Tracy) Ford.
