GREENVILLE – Sue Hellen Waddell Lear, 73, of Greenville died Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 8:44 a.m. at her residence in Greenville. Born July 14, 1949 in Muhlenberg County, she was a retired Clerk from Uncle Lee’s. She loved sewing, shopping at flea markets, watching Nascar, and fishing. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Milton Walker, Elmer Walker, and Gilbert Walker; sister, Joyce Williams; and mother and father, Palace and Mae Walker.
Survivors include her husband, David Lear; brother, Paul Walker Sr.; two daughters, Tracy Vincent, and Jessica Walker; two sons, Eugene Waddell Jr., and John P. Waddell; one stepson, James Lear; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and six step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Clifford Lovell officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Hill Cemetery.
