Steven Lee Smith went to be with our Lord on September 17th, 2025. He was born in Farmington, New Mexico on February 17th, 1958, to Thomas and Naomi Smith. Steve served in the United States National Guard in Pontiac, IL from 1976 to 1982. He was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Sebree, Ky. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Smith of Fairfield, IL, Naomi Nixon of Sebree, KY, his son, Shawn Smith of Chatsworth, IL and his daughter, Crystal Smith of IL. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Smith of Chatsworth, IL, Rebecca Smith of Clinton, IL, one sister, Karen (Ross) Boger of Drakesboro, KY, two brothers, Gary (Debbie) Smith of Highland, IL and Ricky Smith of IL, two grandsons, Julius Smith, Sean Baxter, one granddaughter, Allisa Smith, and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public services.
