DRAKESBORO – Shirley Ann Forbes, 74, died April 4th, 2026 at her home in Drakesboro KY. The Butler County native was born April 15th, 1951. She retired from 31W Insulation.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sara Belle and John Floyd, two sons, Danny Ray Adkins and Charles Lee Adkins, and one grandson, Damien Adkins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 8th, at 11:00 AM at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY officiated by Pastor Bobby Alan. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville KY.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 7th at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and after 9:00 AM until service time on Wednesday April 8th.
