CENTRAL CITY – Scotty Wayne Risley, 51, of Central City, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 2:05 a.m. at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Born June 15, 1972 in Muhlenberg County, he was of the Baptist Faith and worked as a Network Analyst for the State of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Risley, and sister Dawna Turley.
Survivors include his wife Tammy Bolton Risley; children Dakota Dalton, and Jeffery Risley; three grandchildren; and mother Joyce Grider.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 24, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Roger Heltsley officiating. Burial will follow in Cherry Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
