BREMEN – Sandra Lynn Phillips, 55, of Bremen, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Born March 31, 1969, in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronnie and Rose Miller; and daughter, Ronni Leann Bailey.
Survivors include her husband, Harry Phillips; daughters, Misty Bailey and Abigail Bailey; sister, Deborah Montgomery; and brother, James Miller.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Scottie Brooks officiating.
