ISLAND – Rosa Lita Adams, 66, of Island, died Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 6:40 p.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville. Born December 6, 1959 in Madisonville. She was a Homemaker and a member of Stringtown Pentecostal Church. She liked watching the hummingbirds, enjoyed sewing, and loved children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Nelda Parker; husband, Faron Adams; and brother, Delbert Parker.
Survivors include her daughter, Oleta Groves; brothers, Gary Parker, Scotty Parker, and Teddy Parker.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Bro. Jesse Wells officiating. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
