SACRAMENTO- Ronnie Ray Geary, 68, of Sacramento died Friday, July 14, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Ind. Born March 14, 1955 in Muhlenberg County, he was a welder and surface miner for Armstrong Coal Company, and a member of Nelson Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cecilia Geary; parents, Truman and Juanita Geary.
Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Geary of Sacramento; son, Mark Geary of Slaughters; three step-children; four grandchildren; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. T.J. Milam officiating. Burial will follow in Nelson Creek Cemetery.
