MADISONVILLE – Ricky Lynn Fields, 53, of Madisonville, died Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at his residence. Born January 29, 1972 in Muhlenberg County. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Angela Wells; parents, Jerry and Eva Fields; brothers, David Fields, and Kevin Fields; and grandparents, John and Lillie Fields, Shelby and Ann Wilson.
Survivors include his children, Sean Fields, Kayla Fields, Jon Fields, and Jakob Fields; step-children, Juliebeth Wells, and Shane Wells; two grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; ex-wife, Charlene Fields; and several nieces.
