CENTRAL CITY – Rickey Louis Hurt, 65, of Central City, died Friday, January 31, 2025, at 3:26 p.m. at his residence. Born December 16, 1959, in Daviess County. He was a gas station attendant at Swifty. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Hurt; and parents, Dalton and Johnnie Hurt.
Survivors include his children, Michael Hurt, Nicholas Nurt, Kaylane McQuady, and Charles Hurt; seven grandchildren; brothers, Tony Hurt and Russell Hurt; sisters, Lisa Smith and Stella Chinn; and several nieces and nephews.
