Rebecca Faye Carlock Jones 82 of Greenville died Saturday, January 2, 2021 in the Lakeshore Rehab and Healthcare Center in Joliet, Ill. Born May 14, 1938 in Rogersville, Ala. the daughter of Richard Carlock and Darcus Springer Carlock. She was preceded in death her parents, husband, Brank Jones in November 2009 and a son, David Jones in March 2009.
Survivors include children, Gregory (Denise) Jones of Joliet, Ill. and Sheila (Richard) Johnson of Joliet, Ill; grandchildren Stephanie (Todd) Villiger of Oswego, Ill., Christopher Jones of Downers Grove, Ill., Mary (Matthew) Theodosopoulos of Elgin, Ill., David Jones Jr. of Berwyn, Ill., Megan Johnson of Lisle, Ill. and Matthew Jones of Berwyn, Ill.; great grandchildren, Ethan Villiger, Emily Villiger, Nathan Jones, Emma Jones, Dylan Theodosopoulos and Landon Theodosopoulos and sister Glenda Thomas of Stickney, Ill.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. by Reverend Frankie Lee Skipworth Jr. from Gary’s Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenbrier Church Cemetery.
