Evansville- Phyllis Lou Stanley, 75, of Evansville died Saturday, February 15, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville. Born in Muhlenberg County March 3, 1949. She was a laborer for Aramark and was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Sally Stanley; sisters, Dorothy Mae Stanley, Addie Agnes, Stella P’Pool; brother, Bruce Stanley.
Survivors includ her sisters, Edna Hayes, Lynda Groves, Paulette Stanley; brothers, Earl Stanley, Rondal Stanley, Jeff Stanley; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Joe Chambers and Bro. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial will follow in Yeargins Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
