CENTRAL CITY – Patty L. Keown Deavers, 84, of Central City, Ky, died Monday, February 5, 2024 at 1:18 p.m. at Maple Manor Health & Rehab in Greenville. Born April 10, 1939 in Muhlenberg County, she was a retired LPN. She was a descendant of Kentucky Pioneer Daniel Boone. She attended First Presbyterian Church of Central City. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Morton “Pie Face” Keown and Agnes Williams Keown; sister Carole Ann Shemwell of Central City; and grandfather former Central City Police Chief Charlie Williams.
Survivors include one son Richard L. Deavers of Central City; one brother William R. Keown of Central City; one sister Elizabeth Wiggins of Central City; one aunt Jane Bruce Harreld of Central City; several nieces and nephews; great -nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery in Central City.
